All new pups must first complete a free 1-hour trial and be approved by our big bosses, Mia & Lea. This gives us a chance to get to know your dog and make sure they’re comfortable in our pack.

Simply leave your key in our mailbox beforehand. At the scheduled time, we’ll pick up your pup and take them for a 60-minute walk. Need a shorter or longer walk? No problem — just let us know your preference when booking. 

Once the walk is finished, we’ll bring your pup safely home and return your key wherever is most convenient for you, such as your mailbox or inside your home. 

Our typical daycare hours are 9:00–18:00, but we’re flexible with drop-off and pick-up times.

We’re also happy to offer evening care if you’re going out and don’t want your pup to stay overnight.

After completing the free trial, you can book daycare anytime through WhatsApp or email. Pick-up and drop-off may also be arranged for pups living in the neighbourhood; otherwise, we kindly ask you to bring your pup to us.

After your pup’s stay, we’ll send your invoice via WhatsApp.

Our Onboarding Service includes a full day of daycare plus an overnight stay, for up to 24 hours.

Neighbourhood pick-up and drop-off may be available. Otherwise, we kindly ask you to bring your pup to us.

We provide everything your pup needs, but please bring:

• Kibble/food and any special treats they need
• Harness and leash

For their first overnight stay, we recommend bringing a T-shirt, blanket, or another item with your scent, along with their favourite toy. It can help them feel extra comfortable and at home. 

Not unless you request it. If your dog normally sleeps or rests in a crate, you’re welcome to bring their own.

During the day, pups can relax on our dog beds or furniture between walks and playtime. At night, they can sleep wherever you prefer — on the bed or in their crate.

The only other time a dog may be separated from the group is when they need space to eat or if they show signs of illness.

Yes! We’re open 7 days a week, including holidays. 

Daycare is typically 9:00–18:00, with flexible hours. We also offer evening care for those nights when you want to enjoy an evening out without leaving your pup overnight.

Our Onboarding Service is a 24-hour period, starting from the time your pup is dropped off.

Yes, we do consider unspayed and unneutered dogs.

However, all dogs must be comfortable and safe within our pack. If hormone-driven behaviours such as excessive mounting, indoor marking, or aggression become an issue, we may not be able to accept the dog for future stays.

Female dogs are not accepted while they are in heat. They are welcome to return once their cycle has completely ended.

After your pup’s stay, we’ll send you a PDF invoice via WhatsApp. Our bank details are included on the invoice.

When making your payment, please use the Factuurnummer (invoice number) shown at the top of the invoice as your payment reference.

Of course. We just ask that you follow our 24-hour cancellation policy.

• More than 24 hours before: No cancellation fee
• Within 24 hours: 50% of one day’s reservation fee
• Same-day cancellation: 100% of one day’s reservation fee
